Terms of Service — Qatar Shop

These Terms of Service govern your use of Qatar Shop ("the Platform"), operated for boutiques in Qatar. By using the Platform — whether as a boutique owner subscribing to our services or as a customer placing an order through a boutique — you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts and Eligibility

Boutique owners must be authorized to conduct commercial activity in Qatar (an MOCI-licensed Commercial Registration is required for full operation). Customers must be 18 or older, or be using the Platform with the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Platform Services

Qatar Shop provides multi-tenant commerce infrastructure: a storefront, inventory management, order processing, payments, WhatsApp and Instagram messaging, and an AI order extraction engine. Each boutique operates its own independent store on the Platform. Qatar Shop is not a party to any sales contract between a boutique and a customer.

3. Orders and Payments

Orders placed with a boutique are contracts between the customer and that boutique. Pricing, availability, delivery times, return policies, and product quality are the responsibility of each boutique. Qatar Shop processes payments via SkipCash and related Qatari payment providers, but does not hold funds as principal.

4. Messaging via WhatsApp and Instagram

When you message a boutique via WhatsApp or Instagram, your message is processed by Qatar Shop's systems to understand your order and generate a reply. Replies are sent from the boutique's configured channel, not from Qatar Shop directly. By messaging a boutique, you consent to this processing. You can stop the conversation at any time by not replying; message history is retained per Section 5 of the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Platform to: sell prohibited or illegal goods under Qatari law; send spam, harassment, or phishing; circumvent the Platform's security, rate limits, or isolation between tenants; or impersonate another person or business. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.

6. Intellectual Property

Each boutique retains ownership of its store content, product catalog, and brand. Qatar Shop retains ownership of the Platform software and infrastructure. Customers' personal data is processed per the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Qatar Shop provides the Platform "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Qatari law, Qatar Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, from boutique actions or omissions, or from temporary service interruptions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Qatari courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform and take effect 14 days after posting. Continued use after that date means acceptance.
